IN STORE
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Holiday items and clearance items are final sale. Custom order items (art, rugs, and furniture) is final sale.
At Dale and Company we strive to sell well made, beautiful pieces to display in your home. Many of our items are handmade and sometimes have naturally occurring inconsistencies. Some small flaws are to be expected, and are part of purchasing a handmade, natural item.
ONLINE
You have 20 days after receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return your purchase and get the return process started.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@daleandcompany.ca . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
